We Used the Heck Out of theses December 11, 2008 apoem (Bosque Farms, NM USA) You put these together and then you play with them. The pop together easily and they are a ball to play with. These are light but sturdy. They will not stand up to a larger child standing on the, they will bend in and cave in and not stack as well. However, You can stack them up high and if they fall on your child and bonk his head- no problem. They are light and do not hurt. These are like larger unit blocks. The smaller blocks are half the length of the larger blocks and the smallest block is about half the length of the next size up block and so on. A lot of learning can happen with these as your child builds and experiments. Lots of fun. Enjoy.
Fun if at the right price! February 12, 2007 Allison (Maryland) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I did not pay $50 for these blocks. We bought them about 4 years ago for around $25- perhaps they were on sale? They are not worth more than $25. That being said I'm happy with the purchase. I put them in storage for a while and when I took them out the kids still loved them. They are made of a sturdy cardboard but not strong enough for a child over 30 pounds to stand on. When they arrived they were flat and we put them together by bending them and locking tabs within.
